Cologne, 8th November 2024 - The first year of the Gottfried Böhm Scholarship has come to an end. The first scholarship holder, Dr. Ermelinda Di Chiara, focuses her work on the connection between architecture and nature as well as the use of existing open spaces for a sustainable redesign of Cologne's Neustadt. Her project outline ”Developing empty spaces for a sustainable city. A project between Architecture and Nature for the city of Cologne.”, isexploring a total of five aspects relating to the green belt on the left bank of the Rhine.
